  1. Employer certificate in original
  2. Electricity Bill (less than 3 months old)
  3. Consumer gas connection card or book or piped gas bill (less than 3 months old)
  4. Aadhaar Card
  5. Domicile certificate issued by the Government
  6. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Municipal Councilor
  7. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Member of Legislative Assembly
  8. Passport of spouse (husband / wife)
  9. Post Office passbook having address of the applicant
  10. Landline Telephone or Broadband connection bill (less than 3 months old)
  11. Water Bill (less than 3 months old)

  15. Bank account statement (less than 3 months old)
  16. Depository account statement (less than 3 months old)
