How to Apply PAN Card For Church Trust Online?

After getting all documents ready, we are set to Apply for New PAN Card Online by following steps:

Step 1: Fill the Application Form

Open Trust PAN Card Form by clicking on below button:

Now enter all details in Form:

  1. Enter Full Church Trust Name. This will be printed on PAN Card.
  2. Select Church Trust Identity Proof like Church Trust Deed OR Registration Certificate, whichever is available.
  3. Now select the Date on which Church Trust Deed is created or registered. Date is mentioned in the Deed Or Registration certificate.
  4. Now select the address proof. Address is already mentioned in Church Trust Deed, so you can select Deed as proof. PAN Card will be delivered to address mentioned in selected address proof.
  5. You will be asked to enter Managing Trustee Name also.
  6. Enter contact details like mobile & email address.
  7. After completing the form, submit the form.

STEP 2: Upload Documents

After submitting the form, you will be taken to Verify Details Page. Now re-verify all data that you entered in form. If you made mistake while entering data then you can edit it by going back.

Now after data verification, you can proceed to Upload Documents section. It will look somewhat like below image:

Upload documents as per proofs selected in Trust PAN Card Form. You can upload file in any format like images, pdfs OR you can just take photo from your mobile camera and upload.

STEP 3: Payment

After uploading all your documents, submit them. You will be taken to the payment page. Payment can be done via many online methods like wallets like Paytm, Freecharge, Google Pay, UPI etc., Debit card, Credit card or Netbanking.

On successful payment, your application will be sent for processing. Generally New PAN CArd Application takes about 7 to 12 working days. However, you will receive PAN Card soft copy i.e. e-PAN Card early in email mentioned in the Form that you filled in the first Step-1.
