This indicates that the PAN issuing authority has most likely not received your application. In this scenario, you should contact the relevant authorities or the branch where the PAN application is being submitted right away by calling or sending an email.
When the issuing authority believes the information supplied is incomplete or further information is required, the situation described above occurs. It means your Aadhaar card number is already linked to some other PAN Card number. It may mean you have been allotted 2 PAN numbers. Please get that PAN number which is linked to Aadhaar card and surrender the non-required PAN card number.
